As JM Swank, LLC prepares for the next phase, the following changes to the leadership team are being announced. We are confident these changes will position JM Swank to be the best service and solution provider in the industrial ingredient industry:
Randy Cimorelli has been named Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the consolidated JM Swank, Lentz Milling, and Armour Specialty Marketing businesses. Randy has unparalleled industry expertise and has demonstrated success as a leader in commercial development, M&A and business strategy in the ingredients distribution marketplace.
Shawn Meaney has been named Chief Operating Officer (COO) of JM Swank, reporting to Randy Cimorelli. Shawn has been with JM Swank for 12 years and will provide strategic leadership to the operations side of the JM Swank business. Shawn will continue to play a key role, alongside Randy, in external activities that support key customer and supplier relationships.
JM Swank was divested from ConAgra Foods and became a stand-alone company nearly two years ago. A tremendous amount of work has been completed to position JM Swank for growth. These changes have included building an exceptional leadership team, expanding the JM Swank sales force and implementing new ERP, CRM, HR and Finance solutions.
Since 1954, JM Swank has grown from servicing food manufacturers in the Midwest to providing fully integrated supply chain solutions for Fortune 500 companies across the United States. Today, JM Swank provides expertise in food ingredients distribution, including sourcing and logistics, to customers nationwide.
JM Swank’s goal is to be the best domestic food ingredients distributor, while demonstrating honesty, fairness and flexibility in everything we do. Our ongoing efforts to increase supply chain efficiencies, meet your product needs, and keep you informed of the latest market activity and product developments all serve to help you – our customer – save money. Our team’s personal approach to partnership makes the difference in your bottom line, which is why we say, “You Can Bank on Swank™.”
