Along with traditional bulk wheat and whole wheat flour, J.M. Swank is proud to offer bulk Ultragrain® flour.

Ultragrain is a unique, whole wheat bulk flour milled from specially selected white wheat, using a patented process that allows it to retain 100% of its whole-grain nutrition. At the same time, it delivers the ultra-smooth texture and mild flavor of refined white flour. Ultragrain flour also produces a lighter color and excellent functionality with no artificial additives.

In addition to Ultragrain flour, J.M. Swank offers various pastas for you to choose from: penne, macaroni, rotini and spaghetti are all made with 51% Ultragrain; or 51% whole 9-grain orzo* made with Ultragrain.
